A couple of comments have asked where I got the remember quote -- it is from me. It is the voice of my true self calling out to me to remember who I am.
Stephanie - With your permission, I would like to include part of your quote on my son's "mission" blog. Giving you proper credit of course. I can be reached at sled4fun2 at hotmail dot com. Hope to hear from you.
I have just finished reading your blog and have been overwhelmed with emotion, yet uplifted and touched by your daily testimony and strength. Thank you so much for sharing yourself and touching so many. I was directed to your blog through a chain of other blogs. Isn't it funny how that works? I began reading your blog on Sunday and went to bed with tears as I told my husband of your tragic loss. We live in Las Vegas, and as I shared your experience he told me that a young man in priesthood knows your family and shared some emotions he had had about your families loss as part of a lesson. I was overcome as I thought of both my husband and myself being directed to your family and your experience - through different means. I think there is something for us to learn. As I have finished reading, I know that to be true. Thank you, thank you for your candid comments and your beautiful, heartfelt posts. I pray for your family ~ may you never forget Camille but find peace as you remember her.
I was directed to your blog by a friend. I just want you to know I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet baby girl. I understand and feel your pain. My baby boy Scott was still born Dec 28, 2007. I still have many difficult days and it helps to see other moms coping and gain strength from them. My other little boy is only 18 months and doesn't understand and I'm sure never will. I feel so bad for your other children. Things you wrote that they have said have been my exact words at many times. ie "Why aree you sad?" "Guess" My husband has asked me countless times what is wrong and my answer is "guess."
Anyway, I just want you to know that even though I don't know you I will always love you, think of you and pray for you along with all the other moms that have lost babies way too soon. Good luck and thanks for helping me keep things in perspective.
Steph, I love that video more then anything in the world. The song turned out amazing. Better then I could have ever imagined it. I love you and your family so much and I think of you all the time. Thank you for your strength and thoughts. Ashley Gunson
