Dipping in the white chocolate.
I am trying Strawberry and I experimented by putting fresh strawberries in the mix. They are rather moist and a bit harder to coat with the chocolate but much more flavorful I think.
Sabrina helped me with some. Can you tell which?
I did a revival of the Lemon for my friend Emily who is coming tonight for the first time (she hasn't been able to come because her husband has been serving our country in Afghanistan. Thank you! I'll be sending her home with extras for her hubby who got home last week. Yeah!
Notice the empty spots where some big giant man around here snuck one or two -- just doing quality control I am sure ;).

Yayayay! I'm so excited! I'm not sure if I'm more excited for the truffles or SYTYCD!? Actually, I'm just excited to be there! Woo Hoo! (I don't usually use that many exclamation points, so you not my excitement is genuine... )
Those truffles make me wish I actually "knew" you! I attended a funeral today of a 33 year old coworker. We are both LDS. He leaves behind an 8 and 6 year old. I do not know his wife, but we have spent 4 years talking about our kids together. I would like to do something for his children. My kids are 9 and 7 and my heart just ached for them at the funeral today. Because I do not know his wife, I will probably just mail it annonymously. What would be appropriate? Help!!
