Christmas Cards 2009

Thanks to Whitney from Your Card Bakery for helping me design the Christmas card I had in my mind. She helped me make every detail perfect. I love our card and how each child has blessed us with a heavenly gift this year. I love the tags, especially Camille's.

Most of all, I love seeing all my kids together on the card. I teared up seeing it on paper for the first time. This is the last Christmas card we will have where the photos will still represent the proper birth order. Next year Noble will be older than Camille ever was. I am not sure how I will do next years card. But for this year I LOVE this one. To me, it is a treasure.

Merry Christmas to you all and may your families enjoy the heavenly gifts we have enjoyed in 2009!

Oh Stephanie! I love them! They are absolutely amazing! I love love love that you incorporate Camille in your cards still...many people don't but they are still apart of your family so why wouldn't you?!?!?
Hope you had a blessed Christmas!

This is a beautiful card. Have you thought about making it into a poster or canvas? You can do this with Heritage Makers. I am having a poster made of my Christmas card right now. You can get a free account at www.writingmystory.net Happy New Year!

Steph, You are always the one standing just a little taller in those tough moments...yet still incredibly humble. Thank you for all of your insight this year, may you enjoy countless blessings in the year to come.

What a lovely card, Stephanie! I love the messages on each of the children, and I love that the children are gifts -- so true.

I've asked for your help with my friend Kendra before, and I hate to keep bugging you, but I need your help again. Her baby passed away on the 13th and she's really struggling. This is normal to some degree, of course, but I want to help her. I was wondering if you could invite her to your angel blog? Or if you had any suggestions???

Would you email me manntar@hotmail.com or go leave Kendra a message on her blog http://kendraandryanwebster.blogspot.com/? I'm desperate to help her in any way I can.

Thanks, Stephanie. I hope you had a lovely Christmas!

I know you are excited to post the funds into Emily's account, but I would wait a week or two and ensure that you don't get stuck flipping the tab for returned checks. I would hate to see you personally suffer. Perhaps you can hold back 1k to cover those funds and deposit the rest at a later date.

I stumbled upon your blog, I'm not sure how now. After reading the post titled Camille's Latest Message, which is over a year old now, I have to share an experience we had right after my grandmother died. She passed away around 6pm on a January evening. Afterward, all of the family drove in including my cousin and her two daughters. Kylee was 3 1/2 at the time and Abby was 15 months. As they were taking Grandma's body the kids were in the basement playing. Not wanting to see what was happening upstairs I was watching the kids play and saw Kylee pick up a phone and start talking. The phones at Grandma's house had not be connected for several months. When she hung up I asked her who it was. She genuinely and easily answered, "Grandma, Grandma. She's opening her presents." Grandma Grandma and Grandpa Grandpa is what we call great grandparents. I truly believe Kylee talked to Grandma and that Grandma was thoroughly enjoying being with Grandpa again and being cancer free.

I absolutely LOVE the card!!!! The "heavenly gifts" you described for each of your children are perfect. Even though we haven't gotten together lately...know that I think about you often, and adore your girls. I don't know Noble very well yet, but I know I'll adore him as well. Hope the New Year is a great one! Love ya!!!
